The 40th Anniversary Conference | January 23, 2026 ​

A special thank-you goes to Prof. Seok Kang, KAUPA President, whose leadership and dedication made everything possible through his tireless efforts from start to finish.

The 40th Anniversary KAUPA Conference was held at the University of Texas at San Antonio on Friday, January 23, 2026. KAUPA extends its heartfelt appreciation to everyone who contributed in so many different ways — including the conference preparation committee, KAUPA officers, members, and all participants. It was truly a collective achievement, and without each of you, this conference would not have been the success we all witnessed in San Antonio.​

Let us congratulate ourselves on a truly successful KAUPA Conference! We believe this event will serve as a strong foundation for many future activities. As the saying goes, the best days of KAUPA are not behind us but ahead.

Congratulations also to those who received awards — yet, in our hearts, each of you is a hero and a proud professor of Korean heritage. We could not be more proud of our community.​
